The Self is Sacred
The Self is your Love,
Pride and Joy in Life.
For if it is Not,
You can have only Strife.
To Hate and Bemoan,
One's own very Being,
Is to miss the Essence,
Of the Love all Seeing.
He who loves Himself
Only when Elated,
Defines what is Sin,
And who should be Hated.
He who Loves All Self
Even in the Darkest of Nights,
Can see the Shimmer of Love,
In the Faintest of Light.
For Judgement of Self
Is Judgement of World,
And such a Burden Foolish,
Twists the Mind in a Swirl.
Forgiveness and Grace
May be Facets Divine,
Yet any One Present
May claim Them as "Mine".
